    Very thick and rich

    This one did not suit me personally as very rich in taste and thick . It was great to try each gel though to see which suit me individually

    Great efficient service

    I have used this product before and was very impressed with it, reason why I have purchased more of it. One of the products I ordered the shelf life was ending soon and I was alerted by email about this so I could change to a different flavour, I was highly impressed by this 👍

    Fast energy supply

    I brought a bundle of these energy gels for when I ran the Birmingham Half Marathon in October. I used a few of them for the longer training runs and found they gave me a boost (fairly quick after about 10 mins). During the half marathon I was pleased to see that Clif had a stand around the half way mark and handed out energy cubes, which had the same impact as the gels. Will definitely be making another purchase as I train for the Manchester Marathon in April 2020.
