If you are unsatisfied with your Energy Snacks order, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. You must do this within 7 days of receiving the order.
Products must be returned unopened and undamaged in the original packaging. We will not issue a full refund if items are missing / opened. Please keep your proof of postage for future reference, should your goods get lost in the post.
In the event that the returned goods are never received by Energy Snacks, we will request the proof of postage in order to issue a refund. If you are not able to provide this proof, Energy Snacks reserves the right not to issue a refund in this case.
Faulty / Defective Items
If the some of the contents of the box are in an unsatisfactory or faulty condition, please get in touch. We may ask for the items to be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
If your refund does not appear, please check with your bank and / or credit card provider. If you’ve done all you can, then please contact us: email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
