It’s granola, but not as you know it. It’s got a lovely caramel taste and plenty of crunch and interest with the various seeds and berries. It’s good for pre and post-workouts. Like the Picky Bars this is also easy on the stomach, so no problems having this even 60 minutes before a run.
The recommended portion size is a little small (of course, you can eat as much as you want!), but for the price you’ll want to get the expected 10 servings per pouch.
