How to use
Great for race morning or before a long workout.
Cold / Overnight Oats:
- Empty contents into a bowl
- Add 1 cup boiling water
- Stir well, cover and allow oats to cook for 3 minutes
- Empty contents into a bowl or jar
- Stir in 1 cup milk or yoghurt
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight
Each 80g serving is between 310-325 calories containing 48-50g of carbohydrates.
