The Marathon Pack offers everything marathon runners need for optimal performance and recovery. This pack includes 6 x Beet IT Nitrate 400 Shots and 4 x Beet IT Regen Cherry+ Shots, giving runners the flexibility to choose between a 6-day or a 3-day plan, see below.
6-DAY PLANConsume 1 x Beet IT Nitrate 400 Shot, two to three hours before exercise, and up to six days before competition. This can help to reduce the oxygen cost of exercise, meaning the muscles need less oxygen to maintain a given work rate, thereby improving exercise efficiency, fatigue resistance and exercise performance Consume 1 x Beet IT Regen Cherry+ Shot immediately after your race and daily for 3 days thereafter. 6-DAY PLAN How do I use the 6-day plan?The 6 day plan outlined above is designed to assisti with athletic performance by utilizing the benefits of nitrates found in beet juice. On race day, the final shot should be consumed to ensure optimal performance.
