Product Information

GU Energy Gel

GU Gels pack calories in to a portable form to help sustain energy demands of daily training sessions and competition. 

The gels contain carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose) to help maximize absorption and utilization while diminishing stomach distress.

Sodium, the primary electrolyte lost in sweat, aids in hydration by maintaining water balance. The branched-chain amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine) may reduce mental fatigue and decrease muscle damage.

Each gel contains between 20mg - 40mg of added caffeine.

Lemon Sublime, Strawberry Banana, Gingerade, Birthday Cake, Toasted Marshmallow and Campfire S'mores are caffeine free.

All GU Energy Gels are vegan, gluten free, and kosher.

Quick Delivery from Energy Snacks

I have to say GU Chocolate Outrage are soooo nice! I used these for marathon training back in 2015 but the toffee one mainly (I tried a few different flavours.) They did the job. This time, again marathon training I thought I would try again and the taste is so much nicer. The best desert in an energy gel! Would thoroughly recommend. Good to take with a sip of water after but shame to wash down the nice chocolate after taste!

Best gels by far

Best taste, texture and size of gel around.

Loads of flavours with or without caffeine.

Shame cola was sold out. But still like the gingerade, coffe, and lemon ones the most.
